I'm not sure I would have survived my son's colicky babyhood if not for this toy -- it was one of the few things that kept him entertained and amused me as well. It is now my go-to gift anytime I find out a friend is having a baby. I received this for my son when he was born. My father in law, a renowned conductor in Europe, fell in love with this when he came to visit. What's great about this is not only that it's fun, colorful, and interesting to children from age 0-6, but it's even fun for parents. The music is simply lovely, and it's fun to add and subtract all the instruments from the ensemble as it plays. He bought it for all his grandchildren abroad. It's the real deal -- buy it.
She is still too young to understand the concept but it entertains her for quite some time. We purchased this cube for our daughter at 6 months. She initially loved watching the lights as the toy made music and as she has gotten older she loves to pick it up and press the buttons. The rounded soft corners are nice so that she cannot injure herself and she does enjoy trying to chew on them at times. I'd recomend this to anyone looking for a great priced toy.
excellent for small children. Exposes them to different instruments. occupies them for long periods. kids love it.
I was looking for a gift for my second child that would be her own toy. You can't go wrong buying this toy. It is entertaining and pretty indestructible (dropped from highchair and is fine).
old and I based my buy on the reviews I read here. She hits the buttons with her feet and seems excited that that actions makes music. She is 6 mo.
My daughter is just starting to seat up without support and this toy helps her balance and practice sitting on her own because it is sturdy and just the right size to fit between her legs as she sits. The reviews weren't wrong. My daughter loves this toy.
She also sucks on the soft rounded corners. My 4 yo daughter likes it too.
My one year old son loves it. Safe for babies. It is well constructed. No sharp edges. Very easy to clean. Battery is still going strong after 6 months.
